Brazing:
Our fibred diode laser allows performing brazing with excellent control of the process. The heating
area is much reduced
and the heat supply is very well controlled. This laser brazing process is perfectly adapted for brazing of
micromechanics parts as for
clock-making industry, fixing electronics boards or brazing optical components.
Metals
Welding:
Our fiber laser allows performing micro
welding with excellent control of the process.
Plastic Welding:
The diode lasers are perfectly adapted for plastics welding. The main advantage is to be able to weld two pieces
by transparency. Most of the plastics
are transparent to laser radiation around 800 - 900 nm.
The top part is transparent to laser radiation where the bottom one is charged with an additive absorbing the laser radiation.

Glass machining:
Thank to our equipments and our knowledge, we can realized brazing or welding of very small glass parts.
Our CO2 and micro-flame bench permits to perform micromachining of glass bars or fibers.
Our process is perfectly adapted for welding or brazing circular glass bars or larges optical fibers.
These equiments allow realizing for example beam expansers out of the fiber. We can also realize extremely
thin tapers or very large micro-spheres up to few millimeters.
